Due to increased costs for this year’s event it is necessary for NESSR to ask for a minimum donation of £5 per tent per night from all those people wishing to camp. We realise that it is hard times but unfortunately we need to ensure that this event raises much needed funds for the dogs we help and we are now being charged for the use of the country park.
In addition in order to comply with health & safety and fire regulations we require all campers to pre-book their places so that we can produce a comprehensive list of all people on site.

Therefore all campers must complete this form and book their place PRIOR to the event.

Anyone giving us 48 hours notice prior to the start of the event will be able to cancel their pitch. Once your place is confirmed you will be sent a confirmation letter and a camping pass.
Facilities are basic, there is a toilet and access to water but there are no hot showers or washing facilities. Please bare this in mind when planning your trip.
Camp Site Rules

1) All cars and campers must be pre-registered with NESSR to access the campsite
2) NO Campfires, BBQ’s must be raised off the ground.

3) Remove all rubbish when you leave.

4) All dogs must be kept on lead when in the camping area and show ground. 

5) Please pick up after your dogs and dispose of their waste in the appropriate bins.

6) Please do not bring Bitches if they are in season. Also do not bring your dog if it has kennel cough.

7) NESSR is not responsible for the loss of any property belonging to you, therefore please secure any valuables in your car when leaving the campsite.

8) NO VEHICLES TO BE MOVED ON OR OFF THE SHOWGROUND DURING THE EVENT.

Fun Weekend 2011: Catering

• All campers will be expected to provide their own catering for this year’s event. Due to the increased costs of this years event and also manpower we will not be providing catering for the campers. There is a cafe on site, plus refreshment vans during the event itself but we will not be able to provide breakfast or an evening meal. There are a number of takeaways and a small local supermarket nearby that you will be able to access food.
